We are a team of dedicated professionals with extensive knowledge and experience working in home care throughout New Jersey.
We are passionate about supporting clients and their families as they face the challenges of aging. Our goal is to expand into federal and state programs including Medicaid, JACC and VA.
We understand that each client is unique so their care is unique. We will take the time to get to know you and develop a personalized care plan that fits your specific needs and preferences. The care plan will be created in conjunction with our team, family members, doctors, case managers and the client themselves.
Care can include a range of services – from meal preparation and housekeeping to hygiene and supervision. As needs change, we will be there to be sure the care plan is updated to reflect those changes.
Caregivers are carefully selected to provide companionship and personal care based on an individualized plan of care and client preferences. Our home health aides come from Eastern Europe, Russia and Latin America and speak multiple languages.
While our caregiver will become a member of your family, the entire Eastbridge Homecare team is working on your behalf. Our team members, including our caregivers, nurses, social workers and schedulers, are here to make sure you and your family are receiving the care you need in the way you need it.
We are also available to connect you with other community resources and services. There are no hidden costs. The hourly/daily rate includes the services of all team members.
