● Contact Our Manager
Give us a call and tell us about your loved one’s needs, daily routine, schedule, and the type of assistance required. Our manager will answer your questions and explain the next steps.
● Nurse Assessment
A qualified nurse visits the client at home to better understand their needs and overall situation. The nurse may assess daily activities, mobility, personal care needs, safety concerns, medication routines, nutrition, and the level of assistance needed.
● Our Coordinators Find the Right Caregiver
Once we understand the client’s needs, our coordination team begins searching for the most suitable caregiver based on experience, availability, schedule, location, skills, and compatibility with the client.
● Family & Caregiver Interview
The family and/or client has an opportunity to meet and speak with the caregiver before starting the case. This helps make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident about the arrangement.
● Care Begins
Once everything is confirmed, the caregiver arrives on the agreed date and time and begins providing personalized support according to the client’s needs.
